What to try, in order

Open the menu
Scan the QR or tap “Open the demo” and you land straight in The Karoo Room's Signature menu, with Table 4 already set — exactly what a guest at that table sees. The outlet pills at the top hop to every other venue at the property.

Browse like a guest
Explore the Signature menu: search for “lamb”, tap the on a dish to keep it in Favourites, and check today's chef's picks riding on top.

Build an order
Add the Karoo Lamb Burger — it will ask Medium or Well done? — then a drink. Add a note if you like (“no onion”). The cart bar keeps the running total pinned at the bottom.

Check out
Your location is already locked to Table 4, so just add your name and pick a tip (10%, 15% or your own amount). Place the order. Nothing is charged and nobody sets off with a tray; it's a sandbox.

Watch it move
You'll get a live receipt with a 3-digit order code and a status strip from “Received” to “Delivered”. Forgot something? You can add to the same order for 10 minutes.

Try the other outlets
The pool bar adds a service charge; Room Service shows the charge-to-room flow with the room number pre-filled when you arrive via a room QR. Every outlet keeps its own menu, hours and order board.
